User Agreement and Privacy Policy

Dmitry Cherevko (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"), registered as an individual entrepreneur Dmitry Yuryevich Cherevko, with a legal address in Russia, Rostov Region, the city of Zernograd, Pirogova Street, 43 , is the owner of the Speed Cameras & HUD, Radar Detector - ContraCam (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

This application has built-in offline maps and warns users about stationary traffic control radars and other traffic information (for example, restrictions on road sections).

Intellectual Property

All content of the application - photos, texts, graphics, audio materials, videos, software, logos, imprints, names, icons are the property of the Developer or their respective licensees. You may not copy, partially or completely, or reproduce the content, or reverse engineer any content used in the application.

The developer cares about your privacy. This privacy policy is designed to help you understand what information we collect and process, why, and how you can access your Information.

In this privacy policy, the term "personal information" refers to information that you give to an application that identifies you individually, such as your name, device ID, email address, or location.

When installing the Application on your device, the Application collects and processes only ANONYMOUS information about its use and about the device on which it is installed. Location info

Since the Developer offers services related to the user's location, and you use these services, the Developer has the right to collect and process data about your location in order to thus enable the provision of its services based on the user's location. We are not entitled to access your location via GPS without your consent.

Most devices already have initial settings for enabling and disabling location. If the user has given permission to track his location, the Application can receive information about his location in real time.

The app uses GPS location data for the following purposes:

• Warn the User based on his location about various traffic situations, such as radars, warnings from other users, traffic restrictions or other traffic information.

• Warn the User about new traffic situations. Our servers receive alert type, location, date and time, and device code. This information is stored on our servers temporarily while the alert remains active. Your warning will be shown to road users in absolutely ANONYMOUS form.

• The Application may use your location in background mode in order to notify you about speed cameras and other road hazards when another navigation app in active mode.

This application may use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. The application can use cookies for various purposes, such as, for example, to avoid the need to re-enter access information or to process statistical information. The user can change the settings of his Internet browser to disable the storage of cookies or enable warnings about their sending.

• You release the Developer from any liability for negative results or undesirable consequences associated with any kind of violation of the law.

• You are responsible for any illegal use of the Application that violates applicable regulations.

Cancellation of services

You have the right to cancel all services of this Application at any time by removing the Application from your device.
